Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

At AM Dental Instruments, our minimum order quantity is 1 piece for any of our dental instruments. This allows customers to purchase precisely what they need without large bulk requirements.

Warranty

AM Dental Instruments stands firmly behind the quality of our products. Each instrument undergoes thorough inspection before packing, and any items found to be damaged or malfunctioning during transport will be replaced. In the unlikely event of a defect, we will provide a replacement in the next order.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are pre-paid and added to the invoice. Customers with a courier account may choose to have shipping costs excluded from the invoice. Otherwise, charges are based on weight and regional rates.
  • In-stock items ship within 4-6 business days, while non-stock items typically ship within 20-30 days, depending on order size. Regular customers may benefit from faster shipping times, as we maintain a dedicated inventory for them.

International Customs & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes in their respective countries. AM Dental Instruments is not liable for customs fees or delays due to customs clearance procedures.

Return Policy

Returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. To request an RGA, please provide:

  • Customer name/number as it appears on the invoice.
  • Purchase Order or Invoice number.
  • Item numbers, quantities, and the reason for return.

The RGA number must accompany all returned products. Items should be packed securely in the original packaging where possible. Full credit will be issued for returns in good condition received within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after the specified RGA date or without original packaging may not be eligible for credit.

Exclusions and Fees

The following items are generally non-returnable: sterile products, products missing items, single-use items, custom-made instruments, and equipment such as headlights or OR furniture. Sterilization trays and certain other products may incur a restocking fee even if returned within 30 days.
