AM Dental Instruments is committed to providing high-quality dental instruments backed by a comprehensive return and warranty policy. All our instruments are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the product’s lifetime. Should a product covered by this warranty fail due to a manufacturing defect, AM Dental Instruments will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.
Warranty for Electrical Equipment
Electrical units and similar equipment are warranted to be free from defects for one year. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper handling or reprocessing, normal wear and tear, or natural material degradation over time.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with contact information, catalog and invoice numbers, item lots and quantities, and the reason for the return. AM Dental Instruments will review the information and approve or deny the return request. Only items listed on an approved RMA form will be accepted for return.
Return Guidelines
Returns for items shipped or ordered in error are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Except for items shipped in error, returns of unused products in their original packaging may be subject to a 30% handling/restocking fee. Items returned without original packaging or in non-resalable condition will not be credited.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Items shipped sterile for single-use.
- Custom-made or specially customized items.
- Products deteriorated due to improper handling, use, or reprocessing.
- Discontinued items.
